FACILITATORS

Our Dynamas Workshop Facilitators are certified Birkman Consultants, most of whom are pastors themselves.  They have worked with the It Takes Courage! program for many years and are committed to elevating personal and professional impact by calling individuals to courageous actions that will positively change their homes, places of employment and communities. Working in teams, these facilitators will lead you and your team through a dynamic day of personal and team activities that will help you to build and maintain a positive workplace culture.

Cost

The cost is R500 per person attending the workshop.  This includes the Dynamas Version of the Birkman Method Assessment®, facilitation, the Life Application Report Sets, Handouts, and food for lunch and breaks.  Transport is not provided.

Hosting an Event at Your Church

Our church hosts provide venue and food for the event.  They will receive one complimentary admission for every 10 paying participants in attendance.  If you would like to host an event contact us at:  info@kitc.org.za

How to Book a Workshop

The process for booking a workshop includes:

  1. Contact Kerus Institute at info@kitc.org.  You can use the form to the right of this text.
  2. Collect money from your team and make payment to Kerus Institute.  Note: We cannot accept payment from individual participants.
  3. Submit a list of your team contact details including: members’ name, position, email, and phone.
  4. We will provide a link to you to distribute to your team members to take the on-line assessment.  Note: Each person taking the test must have their own email address to take the on-line assessment at least.
  5. If you would like to host an event at your church, you will coordinate all details with the event facilitator(s) who will be identified in your initial conversation with the Kerus Institute team.
